Gravion · Predictive maintenance
Your machines are already telling you when they will stop. Now you can listen.
A sensor you attach with a magnet that warns you by email and WhatsApp before the machine stops. From €25 a month per machine, ready in 10 minutes.
- Installed in under 10 minutes
- Device provided on loan
- Cancel anytime
The fee
Three plans, one price per machine
Base
€25 / machine per month
Alarms, history and the EOS platform. One Admin, one Owner and one User per site; the external maintenance contractor takes the User seat.
Premium
€30 / machine per month
Adds advanced diagnostics. One Admin, two Owners, three Users per site and the external maintenance contractor for free.
Business
€27 / machine per month
From 25 machines it drops to €25. Advanced diagnostics, one Admin, three Owners, five Users per site, the external maintenance contractor for free and €3 for each extra person.
Prices exclude VAT. Every plan includes: device provided on loan, base API, EOS platform, real-time alarms, AI assistant, support and warranty. Alert recipients are free and unlimited; you only pay for people who use the platform beyond the included seats, €5 a month each, €3 on Business. Connectivity is not included: Gravion uses your company network; where there is none, one or more Sintropy gateways are added, depending on the size of the spaces, at a separate fee. No minimum term: cancel whenever you want, and the next month you stop paying.
The sensor

No cable to run and no downtime to install it: attach it with the magnet or a threaded stud and switch it on.
- Battery life
- 3 years replaceable battery
- Sampling
- 3–6 kHz depending on the use case
- Sensors
- 6 axes accelerometer and gyroscope, plus temperature
- Connectivity
- Network or gateway your company network; where there is none, a Sintropy gateway at a separate fee
- Size
- 90 × 40 × 40 millimeters, 120 grams
- Mounting
- 10 min magnetic or threaded stud
Indicative battery life: it depends on the sampling and transmission rates you set.
In the field
From the motor to the dashboard
- Applied to a real motor, with a magnetic mount.
- No cable to run, no downtime to install it.
- It detects on its own when the machine is running and measures cycles and vibration.
- Replaceable battery: no disposable sensor.
One unplanned stop costs more than ten years of Gravion
Half a day of downtime on a line means lost production, late deliveries and overtime to catch up. Gravion on that machine costs €300 a year. On the ten machines that keep the workshop running, €270 a month: less than what you lose in one hour of downtime.
How it works
From the machine to the decision, in four steps
Attach
Fix Gravion to the machine with the magnet or a threaded stud. No cable, no work on the electrical system.
Sense
The sensor detects on its own when the machine is running and measures its cycles and vibration.
Analyze
Data lands in the cloud and, through the base API, in your own systems: ready for your analyses and your models.
Alert
You receive deviations from the machine’s usual behavior, so you can act before the stop.
Start small
Start with two machines. Cover the plant.
Two sensors
On the machines that worry you most: €50 a month, mounted in twenty minutes.
The department
After the first useful alarm, extend to the department: ten sensors, €270 a month on the Business plan, same platform.
The plant
The whole plant under control, with no system integrator and no construction site.
Add a sensor whenever you want: it clips on, switches on and shows up in EOS. No extra installation, no new contract.

The EOS platform
What you actually see
Real-time status, cycles and waveform, in a single dashboard you open in the browser.
- Status, cycles and start-ups of every machine, updated in real time.
- The full 6-axis waveform, whenever you want to look deeper.
- Alarms by email and WhatsApp when a machine drifts out of its normal behavior.
- TARS, the platform’s AI assistant, tells you what is happening without reading a chart.
Use cases
One technology, many scenarios
- Predictive maintenance
- Machine hours and OEE
- Retrofit on existing machines
- Remote assets
- Rental and billing
- R&D and quality
6-axis vibration from 3 to 6 kHz · motor temperature · automatic detection of start-ups and cycles · base API included · replaceable battery, up to 3 years.
Comparison
Gravion and the traditional solutions
Many monitoring platforms share the same limit: closed data and little freedom.
| Traditional platforms | Gravion | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting cost | A project worth thousands of euros | From €25 a month per machine, device on loan |
| Who installs it | System integrator, construction site | Anyone, with a magnet, in 10 minutes |
| Commitment | Multi-year contract | Cancel anytime, the next month you stop paying |
| Available data | KPIs or a health score only | High-frequency waveform plus KPIs |
| Sensors | Vibration, sometimes temperature | 6 axes (acc + gyro) plus temperature, 3 to 6 kHz |
| Data access | Closed dashboard | Base API included, exportable data |
| Battery | Often sealed, disposable | Replaceable, up to 3 years of life |
| Infrastructure | Proprietary gateway or hub to purchase | Your company network; where there is none, a Sintropy gateway at a separate fee |
| Data ownership | Locked to the platform | Yours, portable |
| Installation | Often wired or complex | Wireless, magnet or threaded stud, a few minutes |

The guides on this topic
Measurement and cost-effectiveness
On which machines monitoring pays for itself
Not every machine deserves a sensor, and saying so is part of the method. Here you'll find the order of the steps, the table for calculating the cost of downtime, and a grid for deciding where to start.
Measurement and severity
How to read a vibration, when that number means something
ISO 20816-3 doesn't tell you whether a machine is broken. It tells you where its vibration level falls on a scale that changes with the machine type and with its support. This guide is for reading it.
Diagnostics and its limits
What a vibration tells you, and what it doesn't
Vibration diagnostics works, and it has precise limits. Here you'll find the typical defect signatures, where they really come from, and the questions a measurement alone cannot answer.
Starting a monitoring program
The first measurement is worth as much as your ability to repeat it
A monitoring program is decided before the first sensor: in the baseline, in the operating states you distinguish, and in the thresholds you write down. Here you'll find how to start, what the standards actually say, and what is merely common practice.
Straight questions
What everyone asks before ordering
How long am I tied in? Can I cancel?
No minimum term: the fee is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want, the next month you stop paying. No penalties, no automatic multi-year renewals.
What if the sensor fails?
The device is provided on loan and covered by warranty for the whole subscription: for any defect we step in and, if needed, replace it. Only theft and deliberate damage are excluded. The battery is replaceable too, up to 3 years of life: no disposable sensor.
Who installs it?
Anyone, in under ten minutes: it clips onto the machine with the magnet or a threaded stud and switches on. No cable, no electrician, no downtime.
Does it need our network or the company Wi-Fi?
Yes: Gravion uses your company connectivity, which remains your responsibility. If the site has no network, we add one or more Sintropy gateways, depending on the size of the spaces, at a separate fee: they bring the data to the cloud independently of your network. Either way the link is encrypted and we take care of the configuration.
Who looks at the data if I have no dedicated maintenance staff?
You don’t need to look at it: when a machine drifts out of its normal behavior an alarm arrives by email and WhatsApp, and you can ask TARS, the platform’s AI assistant, what is going on in plain language. When a professional analysis is needed, Gravion tells you on which machine and when.
Whose data is it?
Yours. You see it in the platform and export it whenever you want through the included base API: no lock-in to our dashboard.
When do the sensors arrive?
Orders are fulfilled in the order they arrive: order first, receive first. We confirm delivery and activation within one business day.
