How Ostello Bello runs its HVAC on actual bookings
Integration with Mitsubishi AE200 and with the booking management system.
We started with the Milan and Bologna properties, integrating with the Mitsubishi AE200 system already installed and adding our sensors where needed.
The step that made the difference was the integration with the booking software: by crossing expected occupancy with the temperature, humidity and climate measured by our sensors, the air conditioning works on the rooms that are actually occupied.
The result is lower consumption, without taking anything away from guests' comfort.
